My novice effort..I wrote this about 14-15 years ago

toote kabhi tu khuaab-e-shab-rooz ka tilism
itne hujoom mein koi chehra naya bhi tu ho

diwangi-e-shauq ko yeh dhuun hai iin dinoon
ghar bhi ho aur be-dar-o-deevar bhi ho

har shay pukarti hai pas-e-parda-e-sakoot
lakin kisey sunaoon koi hum-nawa bhi tu ho
