With long boots and tights, of course. I know the color is loud, the print is bold, but for some reasons I really like it.
So would it look appropriate for the office or it’d be seen as some lame attempt at attention-seeking?

Depends where you work. If it is and office and people usually dress smart the no don't wear it. If where you work people wear casual cloths like jeans, t-shirts then its fine.

Casual is only on Fridays. Should I take into account the fact that despite a formal attire policy, no one dresses nicely at my place?

I wouldnt wear it - its really cute but not work attire.

I would do dress pants (brown ones) with long heels.
I would also do a scraf in brown or another color because the neckline seems a bit low. You can also do a blazer or a sweater and take it off for the evening if you want.

That's exactly what I was thinking, bright colors in these dreary winters would certainly cheer me up. But then Gina, you work in fashion industry. :(

Isn’t it! I saw a Chinese girl with this on way back in fall when it was quite pricey. Been in love ever since. Always planning my wardrobe around it.

It’s okay for casual summer time / street walk - but still I would not wear it - just telling you about me =)

I might wear it but I would wear a blazer over it in the office.
It's how u carry it.. and Catanky sure can! Just do nude makeup.. and very simple jewellery.
