Too Much Salt!!! Help??

I made chicken curry and ended up with too much salt. I had read in a book somewhere to add balls of atta or something what is the deal with that how do i make them?? and how long to i leave them for?

just make a little paira (ball of atta ) and put it in the salan and let it ook on low heat so the ball can absorb salt. is the salan bhona or shorba?

In addition to above, you could add a little more yogurt.

Add Potatoes…might absorb some of the salt :hmmm:

depending on the intensity, add the potatoes in large chunks ...thy absorb salt out nicely... later you ccan separately use the potatoes else where .... like kababs ...

you mean let the potatoes cook until soft and take out?...does the saalan not take on the taste of them?..

Nothing works , make more salan without salt and add or make a new batch. Add rice and turn it into biryani.

Thank you the atta balls really i think were the best. Inviting a SIL's over wouldn't that just ruin our own reps? They have a hatred anyways be it ur bhabhi, dewarni or a nanad they always think we have an alternative motive.
