Too much Dandruff in hairs

Please share some desi tips i have too much dandruff in hairs. I am facing this problem only winters.

airs are dry in winters, especially if you have a heater running. applys something oily of your choice to scalps, you'll be fine.

also, as much as you can, use cold(er) water to wash hair. or at least put some scalp moisturizer right after shower.

u guys are so mean.,

use Nizoral.. oh wait I think they discontinued it here... Selsun blue ( medicated one) would be ur best bet .

nizoral etc. is weapon grade chemicals. it'll work, but so will a rub of cooking oil.

Use head and shoulders, it works. And add water filter to your shower head.

Too much central heating dries out your hair making it dry and flaky scalp... use dove moisturising shampoo and wash your hair with slightly colder water to keep in moisture and take honey as part of healthy diet.. try almond oil on your hair to lock in moisture.
