As a mature adult at the age of 28, I believe I am too old for video games.
I need to focus on my career and taking care of my parents in their old age according to Islam.
Now I have new interests such as Religion, Politics, current affairs, and social issues, and one day helping Pakistan out one day.

Personally, I disagree with this view. In my opinion it's healthy to do certain things in moderation. Also, there's nothing wrong with being young at heart!
Pokemon is tons of fun, you just need to get down to the basics and learn the nuances. Plus Pokemon Go is great for a walking around game. Lots of steps clocking.
I don't have as much time for gaming now, as my leisure time goes to my family first and most games that I would play require a significant time investment. However, gaming is one of the activities I do with my kids.
