I was thinking about the same thinhg yesterday, the addiction:(. I was thinking of skipping a day and I got so bechain that I just had to even after dark:smack:
My routine is one of non routines though..to answer your question:cb:
its totally an addiction.. throughout the day..all i ever think about is which body parts will i work on when i go to gym..and what can i do to increase my performance.. ..what to eat..what not to eat...damn, totally an addiction!
once you are on a excercise routine, it becomes an addiction. a healthy one.
share the steps you follow in your regular excercise.
side streches
crunches
push ups
track running
yoga
aerobics
muscle strengthening
physio-cardio work out on tread mill or elliptical machines
U sound like a health and wellness instructor! j/k
cardio 30 mins, 7miles/hour, 4 incline (continuous, no slowing down)
all the muscle targeting machines (lower, upper body), 5-10 minutes each
weight training (10 minutes)
ab crunches 5-10 minutes
