Toners

Is it a good idea to keep on changing your toner? As in switch brands when one runs out? I currently use Clinique’s Clarifying lotion (2). It’s abot to run out and I was thinking of trying one of Body Shop’s toners. BTW I haven’t had any problems with the current toner.

Re: Toners

Right now, I use Thayer’s all natural rose water/aloe vera/vitamin E/witch hazel toner. Doesn’t contain alcohol, comes in a big bottle and lasts quite some time…got if from the GNC store. Using my second bottle, which I keep refrigerated. So far, I like it.

I’ve also used plain chilled rose water, which is inexpensive, and also very refreshing. And I’ve used the Tea Tree toner from Lush as well.

Re: Toners

Apparently you dont even need a toner? All it does is remove excess make up and left over cleanser. IS that true or false?

^ well, it is a toner, so the least it does it tone :) it helps in tightening your skin and closing pores.

I am using the Vitamin E toner with the cleanser from TBS right now. it really works. after i am done with toning my skin looks very clean, so i would really recommend it. plus it does not burn a burn a hole in one's pocket :)
