usually every beautician say that toner help minimize pores ..but i dont see any difference and i m using toner for a year now!
anyone notice any difference in pores with toner or it all false that toner minimize open pores ?

I used to think toners don't really make a difference until I started toning my skin with rose water. Alhamdulillah it has really helped my skin and I can totally see a difference. I guess, it really depends on your skin.

Toner is not commonly used for open pores and it does nothing with pores as well, but Astringent toner ( contains a lot of alcohel) Shrinks pores temporarily

Toner is not to minimizie open pores. It is used after cleansing or scrubbing or some facial to close open pores of that time and also clear skin.
