what exactly toner does to skin..is Clinique clarafying lotion and toner work same…after cleansing and toning u wash your face or apply moisturizer on toned faces wihout washing it…
i know someone who fisrt cleans then wash then toned then again wash her face and then moisturized…
what is the right way…

Toner will close the pores of your skin,which is especially helpful for greasy skin. Your friend shouldnt wash the toner off as it defeats the purpose of using it!

well i suck at the whole makeup thing, i never even knew about toner or primer before, but it obviously does wonders towards getting the look of complexion perfection....thanks though, i got primer just recently, i need to buy some toner now to make it complete praying it isn't too expensive
