can anyone tell me tomato puree recipe n for how long we can store it?

i just get the can one...i freeze it in ice cube trays.

i also buy can ones but got so much tomatoes this week dont know how to utilize them so thought to make puree thts y asking

how many did you get? if you got loads, then just chop them up, put them in a degchi and cook them on low heat until almost all water's evaporated. stir occasionally. just a warning, cooking tomatoes don't exactly smell delicious.
