My little boy is 17 months and I hadn’t planned to worry about toilet training for at least another year. However, a couple of auntie jis have mentioned that I should start sitting him on the potty so he starts to learn to use it. Kind of makes sense and i was thinking of giving it a go. Has anyone else started so early or are aunty jis talking nonsense?

depends on your child.. my sister in law tried to potty train her 18month old but he does not talk yet and did not get the process of it so after a few weeks she just gave up and is giving him a little more time
