Oooooh, it’s a pure bliss. I installed one in each toilet (except for the guest bathroom) and I am telling you that its heaven. I am not talking about any fancy shmancy bathroom fixture, but the inexpensive 25 dollars attachment that you can fix to your toilet in 5 minutes. I promise you you never need a lota again. Here are few observations.
It needs couple of basic tools and can be installed to any regular size commode/flush tank assembly in few minutes.
The jet is very powerful, so when you use it, turn the dial slowly, or the pressure could literally rip your skin (ouch).
Yes, when you clean the toilet bowl, you should clean the bidet nozzle too.
You can get rid of the pitcher/watering can/jug/Dannon ka dabba – whatever ugly excuse of a lota you have sitting next to your commode.
The sense of personal hygiene is at its best. Trick is to slowly turn the dial and then adjust yourself on top of the stream. You don’t have to touch yourself for the first few seconds, and only need your left hand at the very end, that also only if you want to (TMI?. Who cares).
Its an excellent way of teaching kids how to wash themselves.
How many of you have this brilliant contraption at home?
@GLITTER_BOMB I take it back. It does not use Flush tank water. Its direct supply. But the temp is not an issue. @Sehrysh, who “invests” in bidets? And air freshener!,really? You have too much unused money sitting around, it seems. Aap ko koi khurch karaanay wala dhoond ke dena paray gaa, lugta hai.
There is one with the two lines coming from both hot n cold water. In northeast its not even thinkable to get only cold water line unless you are all ready to get yr rear numb.
Bidet is attached to the same line that is filling up your flash tank. That is always cold line. Northwest gets colder water too, but 1) a thin stream of cold water does not feel as cold as you think it would, and 2) its better to get a jet of cold water hitting your rear end than accidentally getting burned by hot water
No in hot/cold case, the line is taken from the sink. The panel has three controlling modes. On/Off, Hot and cold. So there is no chance of getting burnt unless in certain houses there is an issue with burner/heater where there is always a sharp hot water all of a sudden.
