ok so i made the spinach with tofu for lunch and ate it without any bread/roti or rice.
Wasnt bad.
I fried the tofu in a little olive oil on high heat. Then added ginger/garlic paste, hunan red chili sauce, and soy sauce. then added the spinach and mixed it all in.
will try another recipe in a few days.
p.s. i just read on the tofu package that a 1inch slice of tofu has 7 grams of protein in it…thats like 7 grams of protein per bite! ![]()
