My son is 27 months old, he is not eating properly for the last 3-4 days. he has had fever for abt two days with a mild flu. and then he started complaining about his gum(the gum is a bit swollen and i am expecting a molar coming from there).and today he is coughing
i dont want to give him antibiotics. i am totally against them. i am giving him acefil for the cough. for teething i am giving him bio 21. but any other suggestions. foods etc. i am worried , he is getting weak

He will eat when he is hungry, it very normal for kids to refuse food when teething, in cold, fever, upset stomach. Keep him hydrated, inshahAllah he will start eating when his gums get better.
Agreed. He will eat when he is hungry and when he wants to eat. Let him recover. Don’t force him. Give him milk if that’s all he wants.
