meri colleague ne mujhe mere boss ke kuch cheques diye they last year jab wo transfer hogayi thi accounts department mein…abhi sir ne mujhse wohi cheques mange hain i have searched everywhere but mil nahi rahe…i feel like sir took those cheques from me but i am not sure…dont know what to do feel like crying…

Surely if those cheques haven't been cashed that proves your innocence? Cheques can be re-issued, simple..

your boss can ask bank to stop payments on those cheques and reissue new ones.

Depending on the bank the validity of a check expires somewhere from 6 months to a year.
If she gave you checkbook and it is lost then a new checkbook can be ordered from bank and stop payment notice can be given to bank for the series of check numbers.

Dont worry Insha Allah they cant just fire you like that… there are normally procedures and systems in place to protect workers even in Pakistan. I know things are not as enforced as they should be and heck slavery still exists even in the developed world but still sometimes you gotta take a few hits and learn.
I’m sure like others have said the solution is simple enough… PS if you do get fired dont do what I would do and fire them too.
