Reading all the posts abopve, this is what I have to say:
Look for a job within Pakistan but in a major metro where you have easy access to flights in case you have to be home urgently, and less time is spent commuting between where you are at and where your parents live.
As you begin to make a better income, have a fulltime help at home for them, someone who can run errands, clean, maybe even drive.
As you become better established, have your parents come live with you.
This transition can take about a year. If you move out of the country, sponsoring them and/or visiting them will not happen as often as you want.
