CE - How many personal details do you have to reveal/share in order to seek advice? Fine line there. If you know the solution to a problem and are just sharing it with friends/family to seek approval, you're probably crossing the line.

k let me give u an example I am very close to my sister I don't tell her everything about myself but she knows most things about me. now I know if I tell her something its gonna stay with her she wont tell any other person I trust her and vice versa. I dint think I could keep this all in and only share it with my husband. I would just go MAD!

totally agree....
if the issue involves and affects you, ur spouse and ur child/ren.. u dont really need to seek anyone else's advice..
i dont speak to anyone else about my issues.. i may blog here and there and then delete haha.. but yeah. never discuss... ive given the same advice to my sister who is engaged at the moment...
it keeps things a lot simpler
