Sabah I dont know what was the problem and why Devi’s thread got deleted but when I said Mods and Admins dont care it was cuz even after 80 view none of the mods or admins bothered to reply.
Her post was on 24th and then a reply from admin (YOU) is on 29th. I think you guys can (and should) do better than that. am I wrong?

BM, we'll start being online 24/7, when you guys start paying us, simply put. We're online when we have time, which means we'll reply when we have time and according to importance of the issue. We have more than once told members of this board to contact the forum mod for such issues, if you don't want to respect that, you should accept delays.
I think members can (should) respect our requests and we'll have better time to entertain such issues in detail.

Sabah its not about being online 24/7, and there is not just one admin is there? there are lots of admins and also lots of mods, and a feed back forum should be the first priority of any admin and if in 5 weeks an admin havent even visited the feedback forum whats the use for this forum? And then you said ke memeber should contact mods, right? ok so still if a member does not do that and do a mistake by opening a thread in feedback instead of ignoring it like this admins should state his/her mistake and lock the thread. Atleast other (Rational) members wont repeat the mistake and atleast we will know that admins do pay a visit to this forum.
