To parents of young kids - doctor visits for toddelers

I want to know when is the next time you take your child for a doctor visit. My daughter just had her 2 year (24 month) visit and got her shots. She is all up-to-date with her shot.

When is the next time I shouldl take her for a check up ?

I am told that the children should visit the doctor every year until they are 6 years old and after that every 2 years until they are 14 but it really depends on how healthy they are. I doubt children between 6 and 14 can stay out of trouble for 2 years.

Most insurance plans cover a yearly checkup of everyone covered under the plan. Some tests are covered only under 16 but a general checkup (physical) is covered for every year.

Don't quote me but I believe in USA this also depend on the state laws.

Adults is yearly. You should get kids checked a lot more often.A few times a year.

It depends on your GP Diva, I know of toddlers who have check ups annually and others who have them quarterly.
