Come out and vote for the Liberals, today. Especially, the heavily populated Ontario will decide the outcome of the elections. In order to have a stable government, Liberals must form a majority government without having to deal with a strong apposition.
The Right-Wing conservatives are poised to eradicate our fundamental values i.e universal health care, and compassionism for all races and religions. Together we can defeat Alliance, and stop them from carrying out their evils designs.

...and I thought Nawaz Sharif and Benazir were morons but what a mud slinging competition it has been over here in Canada. I'm pretty sure Liberals would win as they were confident enough to hold elections before their term was over not to mention the corruption allegations. However, I am not sure if they would lead by a convincing majority...Its gonna be a weak government may be cuz I'm not voting :)
ciao

Well GfQ, smile is not gonna cut it. Albertan Red-Necks let us down once again ;) Liberals hanging on to 170 seats. They have done spectacularly well in Quebec and Ontario will form a majority government. . The mandate has came from accross the country with Liberals getting almost 50% of the total votes.
I voted for the Communist Party of Canada, if I didn't have a choice to vote for them, I probably would have voted for Canadian Alliance, since they're respective of multiculturalism (liberal's lost their touch since Trudeau)..
Many people actually think the Alliance is some sort of Racist party, when approx 40% of the party is compromised of various ethnic backgrounds, it's in fact more ethnically diverse than the liberals.

Arai thats more of a front if anything. When the party beliefs are entrenched so firmly in values and traditions that undermine the specific humanistic freedoms of democracy..that have obvious leanings towards intolerance and discrimination...the element of racism can't be denied...i mean it was no fluke that at least two candidates for the canadian alliance got *'flayed'*for their comments and expressions in regards to various issues.
Well Outlaw:) The smile cut it this time, liberals formed the majority govt. sigh of relief from this girl in the heart of reform country.
MubarakaN Outlaw SaiN. Liberals won despite all the polls indicating them no to hold on. I am glad for people like you who uphold liberal ideology of inclusion of all (a Must for a society like Canada). I am ever so wishful (albeit not so hopeful) that the cold breeze from Canada makes its way over the border. I am getting sick and tired of the right leaning turns that the politics is taking in the USA. If Bush is declared the winner, I will move to Canada. And that is not a joke.
I believe in liberal philosphy but Jean Chretien for the third term...too much to take. I think one person can make only so much contribution and he has done what he could do and it was time for him to move on.
It is a shame that we don't have an another strong national party, right now it seems we have only one national party and liberals are here to stay for a long time without any real strog opposition and people like Chretien can please their cronies at the expense of Canadian tax payers.
