some sugessions for u as a director
i feel there is a search option misisng in this forum and 2nd i have been here for a year now and gs looks same..dont u think u should change the look ,colour,style, fonts etc.

there is a search option. right under the banners, there is a bar which shows you options such as GS News, Albums, etc. There you can see the search option. Just click on it, and the drop down menu will pop open. the top search bar allows you to search for stuff in thread, the bottom one allows you to search for stuff in blogs. you can also click on the advance search to narrow down your search to separate forums.
similarly, a search function is available in every forum, and thread. if you go on a forum's main page, right under the page numbers, you can see the search option. and similarly, in a thrad, right next to thread tools, there is the search option.

The looks and feel of GS is a "Trade mark" and we can't just change it like that :)

u can add options like keep this one as default and have people choose diff options ike in some forums there is a skin option
