no,there isn't any airline which would fly from riyadh to melbourne via karachi.what you can do is that,take one airline from riyadh to karachi,and choose another airline from karachi to melbourne :p

There is no flight which comes directly from Karachi to Melbourne, u may need to take Malaysia Airlines from Karachi to KL and then Mlbourne.
