Umm well I dont know the name of the parlor, but most of my cousins did it from pindi too. Try going to any parlor in Choor or Saddar, but make go to the sort of expensive parlors because they're worth it as opposed to the ones that are really cheap. Theres also this really awesome parlor i heard about in Allabaad in pindi..i'll try to get the nams for you, inshAllah.
