u say his family/brother are users/slimeballs but what about him? Has he been trustworthy at all in the past and just happesn to have bad luck?

I think if u can afford to give it to him and it won’t affect you financially…then go ahead…

He has been totally trustworthy, I mean invoices were paid to the penny. We’re not that trusting when it comes to business.
