unfortunately, most of these things happen behind the "Back" of the guy (in his absence) and more unfortunately, its the girls (guy's mom and sisters) who does that wherever that happens. So we actually need answer from you gals ....

Too many guys have the idea that if they're well educated and have a nice job, then they are "entitled" to a good wife whom they can boss around.. so the question is, why? and how to stop it..
it depends on the way the guy was brought up and what sort of example his own father set with his mother.. after all he is going to learn from what he witnessed in his house.
maybe it sounds too idealistic, but it takes one good guy who appreciates his wife as an equal partner and truly wants to care for her for a solid example to be set, not only for his kids but for his friends, family friends, etc.. we learn these social things by imitation, so it's very important to keep that in mind.
but don't forget, it goes both ways.. guys dont have a monopoly on being irritating or rude to their spouse. :) you gotta have trust and love and friendship between the two.
