We talk all day, everyday. In the morning we talk, in the afternoon we talk, in the evenings we walk and talk, and at nights we have a final talk before sleeping together.

come on man its just couple of hours you still have whole night to sleep, it was worst for me when everynight i had to go to sleep in the morning for 3 hours and wakeup again.
still she think i didnt give much time to her!
its nice to have conversation before going to bed but nightlong can be too much !!

I cant sleep if i dont talk to him before sleeping and i think thats a valid reason 
I dont know what it is though…I knwo that when hes here we spend all day, I am talking around 12 hours together and still have to talk before sleeping, even if its just for an hour.

Good topic Naughty by Nature, i always found it really strange why she couldn't sleep without talking to me even after i spend whole day with her.
In my case it was even worse, she won't go to sleep if i am at my friend's house or out somewhere, sometimes she would wait for me till 4am and refuse to go to bed untill i go back home. When i get home, she will talk to me for 10-15 mins and go to sleep, i found it really annoying.

I used to think.. if you loved someone and cared for them, you'd do watever to keep em happy, instead of complainin abt stuff like "oh she wants to talk too much".. relationships, seem so simple, but yet sooooo complicated :(

what you thought was right:) if u love and care for someone u'd do anything to keep them happy. sometimes we stay awake whole night talking. i just finished talking to him and it was 7am for him....we wouldve carried on talking but credits finished :( i think its wrong to complain about little things like this. we should do what we can to make the other person happy :)

I agree that maybe the guy shouldnt complain but hes a human too afterall, dont we complain about our loved ones all the time?
Guys are just not made for the wear and tear we put them through :p

Ok...i think a few people have missed the point...
Let me tell you my friends day and show you how it is completely unrleated to most of the replies i have seen...
He woke up this morning and took his girlfriend out for breakfast...they then went to look for a flat cos his g/f is moving out for her next year of uni...
They spent all afternoon doing that...they ate and came back to join us all at the pub where we all watched the France Portugal semi final...
After that we all chilled for a while...he dropped her home...me and him went to his house and chilled...he gets a phonecall from her cos she wants to chat...and chat she did for a good hr lol...
Now do people understand where im coming from?...i have no problem with chatting at night...if i havent seen a girl ill ring her to see how she is and will chat for a coupla hours cos we need to catch up...for my friend its the same...if he hasnt seen his girlfriend he will ring her but if hes seen her already that day then what is the need for an hr conversation at 2 in the morning...let the man have his rest...

i dunno , i guess every couple is different. its true some people need some space. personally me and my fiance dont have a problem with it. we can talk all day long and at night too…all our lives. both of us like it and we cant sleep properly if we havent talked. like when i had exams, i had to revise and couldnt talk to him…he never used to sleep all night…instead used to send me texts all night…and it kept me awake to revise too:)
