the HR dept or the hiring manager, after submitting your resume, I’m confused 
Calling hr after submitting the resume, does it give the impression that you’re desperate for the job. Or is it considered normal for people to follow up on their resumes. If yes, then how long after you submit your resume should you call and what to say, like introduce yourself and tell them the post that you applied for and politely inquire the time frame for the hiring process. Or is it a big NO NO and considered professionally unethical.
