yar u all are telling me about u earn like 12k or 15k in anaesthesia,now go to any hospital like e.g PIMS in islamabad 50 percent are working honorary i.e no pay, only those with approach are paid I feel sorry for all of those who put so much effort and still dont get paid. now if some one is doc ,what is way out,how to change field,any bright ideas.

Well you get 12k from private hospitals. In teaching hospitals, you'd be lucky to get a paid post graduate trainee seat. Though all the trainees in my hopsital get paid.
I'm thinking of attempting CSS next year. How about that ?
