To all unmarried people

What charm do you see in getting married?

are you not scared by the onslaught of responsibilities and adjustments and potential problems?

Re: To all unmarried people

Charms? Well it's the most natural way of life. Hopefuly you find a good match (or fall in love) and spend the rest of your life with them happily :). The process of getting to know a new person so deeply and a new family so close by does intrigue me. Also new begining, new home, new people and perhaps a new way of life are what i would call "charmed" challenges of marriage :D Hah.

Ofcourse by happily i don't mean a life void of any responsibilities/arguments/adjusments or even problems. Life is infact all about dealing with such issues but with grace and uniity. Whether married or not, its same issues but i suppose once you get married you start feeling them more only because that's how we have been conditioned to think.

Thanks to Allah, i havent really seen any bad marriages in my family but still somehow marriage has always kind of scared me. I think reason for it could be that i am youngest in my family, the most pampered so just hearing from people around that when you get married your inlaws/husband won't be as accomodating and things like that does makes me think. Knowing the kind of person i am, i know marriage for me won't be an easy task not cuz i may be an evil person but maybe too honest for most people to digest. But i have my faith that Allah is there for people who believe in leading their life honestly and to their best of justice. And that makes me feel satisfied and hopeful that it won't be that bad, InshaAllah.
