Being that I have never ever been engaged in any physical relationship, or even let any male sit closer to me, I think i lcan still consider a boy who is not virgin provided I like him as a person over all and he has done touba sincerely and wants to have a clean life in future.

To OP, if a woman did tauba then she is as good as before engaging in any such activites.
