Please keep Jokes forum as jokes forum. If some members insist on carrying out their political fighting in this forum, they may find themselves unable to post in any forum of GUPSHUP, as a temporary measure.
All the crap has been cleaned from this forum. If anyone tries to post something again, which is just removed, they risk immediate suspension of their posting privileges. If anyone is still unclear as to what is acceptable and what is not acceptable in this forum, they should contact the forum moderator through PM.
I am thoroughly disappointed at the behavior of my countrymen in this forum. It seems that not only they lack creative ways to express themselves but on top of that they seem to be insecure about their country. It was quiet obvious from the jokes being posted by user belram that they were meant to vent out his/her own frustrations. Not only that, they were also a lame form of copy/paste where in most cases the joke was forced to be against Mushraff.
The best response would have been to ignore. After a few jokes he/she would have realized that his ranting & raving is falling on deaf ears & he better find some other way to provoke trouble. Instead, guppies played along with his/her game & couldn't control their emotions. They gave the person exactly what he/she expected and wanted. Some even lowered themselves to the same level in their attitude and it was done all in the name of Pakistan. Sad to say he did get the last laugh.
So, lets learn a lesson from all this. The next time (and there is sure to be a next time) you are provoked, try to have the decency & maturity to handle such comments & most of all not lose your cool. Show them down with better self-restraint & high moral standings and not let your anger get the best of you. In comparison it's far easy to curse back than to hold back your tongue & realize the bigger picture! Such confidence requires insight, courage & patience.
Also, maybe this will make us all realize that when we make fun of other nations, ethnicities or political leaders; some from among them are offended the same way we do. And if we want ourselves to be treated with respect, lets show the same respect to others & not joke about them under the cover of pak.org

No kidding. One of the lunatics PMs me asking me to join this great battle to save Pakistan's dignity. The fools show their own insecurity and come across as clowns when instead of replying back with wit, they jump up and down and cry. That is more embarrassing to Pakistan than anything else.
I agree with your thoughts, you have good one, and absolutely ‘IDEAL’
but in reality we are living in real world, where every person is different from other, they have different level of patience, emotions and control. In our real world you will find people who can digest Ma ki galii, and still be smiling, while some don’t.
If in REAL world every one has the same level and same attitude, then there would be no ‘faqeer’ or no ‘wazeer’ in our world.
Thats the reason you were sitting and just watching the show while some were engaged in fight, right ?
Its not the matter ‘How they react’ but it does matter how they took it , right ?
I loose patience when it comes to my country or my man, but in your case you may not, see we are different, right ?
So, don’t be annoyed with it, its just a NATURAL attitude, and it does happenes, just be realisitic, here no one is gonna disguise any one, we do respect other nations and other religions, just because we are suppose to respect, but on the other hand we won’t bear anything against our beloved country!
