Electricity generation in Khatti's Hyderabad probably was by burning coal. The good Nizam was a visionary whose mathematical models told him in no uncertain terms that the 3 R - reduce reuse recycle were key to sustainability. So he took the green route by not using electricity. By so doing he saved some duddu.

What do you mean by duddu? is it same duddu as in Punjabi?

None of our tribe have such behaviour even now, the other equivalent of Jats are Yadavs and Gujjars living in Jatland:)

Duddu in Tamil is money - same as "green" as in greenback US$

Its a variation /derivation from Ameerzada.

The derivation of which word is from Emir (Amur a nobleman) and Zade a son, &c. This species of nobility is traced very far, and is not creative. The title descends to all the sons of the family, without exception. In the Royal family it is placed after the name instead of before it, thus, Abbas Mirza and Hosfiein .'Mi Mirza.** Mirza is a civil title, and Khan is a military one. The title of Khan is creative, but not hereditary. *
