lately i ve been feeling sick. i get tiered easily n im very irriatable. sometimes i just start feeling so tired and sick…i ve no energy, and i get sad, easily, and often. is there nething wrong with me? its maybe becz of not getting enuff sleep ..i dont ve bedtime routine

hmmm i think it’s prolly cuz u’ve been sick alot n then u hafta get rest and u can’t really get to go outside n mostly gotta stay in bed
n da frustration n sadness culd b due to that too…i used to b like that when i’d have to b in bed for a while n usualy when u r sick u do feel a lil weak n stuff cuz obviously ur body’s tryna fight off the bad guys n stuff 
but don’t worry Inshallah u’lll get bettah…take rest so u culd get well soon n recite ayatul kursi on u or some other duaz for sickness…n don’t worry we’re all here fo u Inshallah u’ll get bettah soon
Could be any number of things Sandleen........as you said yourself you're not sleeping well which would be enough to make anyone tired and irratable. You might want to consider seeing a doctor to rule out things like aneamia or an underactive thyroid etc?

yeh ur right , being in bed isnt fun offcourse but the problem is that i think im more often sick then normal ppl :(…i mean i get tired so easily n no i dont do ne hardwork …

shahreen i always avoide docs for fever and flu becz all they ask u to get some rest , drink a lot of water/jucies etc …n abt not sleeping …it has always been like that… from past 2 years i havenot a bed time routine but now i feel sick n tired all the time …maybe im getting old
