How do u store curry leaves, I dried it and put in a jar but mine were get fungus type thing on it, any tips to store them for long time.

You can keep fresh curry leaves in plastic bags in refrigerator,it helps in keeping them fresh.And you can keep dried curry leaves in an air tight container..

i keep mine in a ziploc bag in the referigertor, lasts forever

Put in a ziplock bag and freeze , it freezes the flavor in it too. I only use them for chicken 65 so they get fried with it therefore looks do not matter to me.
The go dark instead of staying green if you freeze them. But they are too expensive to waste them.

Thanks, I use them in baghar of kerhi and daal etc.
