I’m off to Pakistan in December after 9 years. Going to Islamabad. Can anyone give me any tips on places to visit (please include pics) and shopping and things (dunno if I’ll get the time to do it though what with all the visiting relatives and stuff.)
I wanna get all my clothes from there so I dont need to buy any more here. I’m so short of clothes.
I was also thinking of buying a laptop from there. How much do you think it would cost and is that wise?

Don't buy a laptop from Pakistan. Otherwise for clothes shopping, I'd suggest Saddar in Rawalpindi (if you'll stay only in that area).

[/li][li] If you want to buy a quality laptop in Pakistan you gotta go for an imported one. And those are not really cheaper than in the US.
[/li][li] In general it is not advisable to buy expensive, electronic goods in Pakistan, if you have other options.
