Take a coconut
Make two holes on the top end where the tail is there.
Let the water remain in the coconut it self.
now fill the coconut with methi seeds as much as you can
Cover the holes with “atta paste”
Let it rest for 8 days.
After 8 days remove the pulp i.e. the water + methi mixture and boil this with 1/2 kg of coconut oil or sesame oil ( pure)
For Split Ends
Take 1/2 cup “sarson ka tel” and 1/2 cup water. Beat it with an egg beater till the consistency become that of an egg yolk.
Apply to washed hair twice a week.

For Hair Loss
Take 1/2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp Yeast " kahmeer"
Take rapidly.
To have this for breakfast for a period of one week.
This mixture helps with intake of Vitamin B and all its group.
This mixture also helps with eradicating wrinkles and helps with good for maintaining skin above 40 and 50 yrs.
Another remedy she suggested for his oily hair.
To be used after washed hair
1/2 cup “circa” I am assuming vinegar with 1 glass water
or 1 lemon with 1 glass water
Will eradicate dead layer on scalp, will regulate the sebum
To take carrot juice along with this treatment
For a lady who had hair fall due to typhoid
For hair growth
Ek lohe ka bartan
1 kilo water
1/2 kilo shikakai
1/2 kilo amla
1/2 kilo methi
1/2 kilo balcha ( don’t know what that is)
Soak overnight
Boil water with all elements next morning till water reduces by half, strain the remaining mixture / pulp.
To the strained mixture add 1 kg “sarson ka tel” ( pure )
Cook on flow flame.
Apply on washed hair.
Good for white hair as well.

1-should i take a mature coconut or young coconut?
2-you have mentioned yeast.. we have to take yeast powder?
^Erm don’t know really. She just showed a coconut (lol). Didn’t mention mature or young and I can’t really tell them apart.
Also she just mentioned yeast. She did say the same kind that is used in making the pizza dough. So I just used what I had, the instant yeast , which looks like teeny-tiny granules.
