per main trust nahi karte ho company ke honey’s jar pe woh eatable hota per not for applied eye.
eyes k layi aalag se honey milta hain..
lakin i dont katina reliable hota hain PER mujhay yaad hain when i was child aik bar meri eye kharab ho ghi thi aur SAWAt se specially eyes ke layi
honey mangwana para tha .. swat main pure honey milta hain.

There are pure honey too sold in the market.. you should go for that one! There is a tip to check whether your honey is pure or not. Pour a drop of honey on a paper, (newspaper’s paper would work best) now see from the bottom side, if the paper feels wet, honey is not pure and if you just see the honey but paper is not wet..its pure:@:
