i have one tip cold milk mixed in cold rose water apply on eyes with cotton ball for 15 mint continue this 3 4 times in the same time. then wash ,, this can apply full face too.
then let it dry ... then again apply milk and rose water 3 4 time ever time dried then repeat this 3 4 times then wash
this is best in summers and in winters dont add in rose water in milk Apply only milk ...

its good for eye colour and relex tired eyes also its
good dark circles its also cleanser for eyes and over all skin....
and moisturized eyes and over all face skin neck and hands and eyes area
i use to do this every day in summers or atleast 2 times in week
but its always let it dry for then repeat this 3 4 times in same time.
i almost take 3 4 table spoon milk cold and 2 3 table spoon of rose water Cold
and its also best in winters without rose water

2ND TIP is fresh red ripped tomatos mask
this is for 40 days or more if u want to use this mask more then 40 days
take 1 fresh tomato and few drops of rose water and half tea spoon of milk
THEN MAKE A PASTE MINUTES OR MINIMUM 10 MINTS
THEN WASH OFF ITS its good for sun spots and glowing skin also its for all ages girls
its anti-oxidant use it every time when u exposed in sun
or if u dont going much sun then its good too.
or if u dont want to add milk then dont add milk in this mask
but rose water is must...

Also, honey!! apply honey like kaajal once in a month, its good for cleaning your eye inside

Daily massage with oil(olive oil) can help improve the blood circulation around eyes and relieve dark circles.

no Honey is very riskey.. not for every one also aaj kal itna safe pure honey nahi milta ke eyes pe use kiya jai …

There are pure honey too sold in the market.. you should go for that one! There is a tip to check whether your honey is pure or not. Pour a drop of honey on a paper, (newspaper's paper would work best) now see from the bottom side, if the paper feels wet, honey is not pure and if you just see the honey but paper is not wet..its pure:@:

only castor oil, jab maira mascara khatam ho jata tha to main usme castor oil daal leti thee aur usi se lashes p apply kerti thee...... bohat convenient rehta tha!

per main trust nahi karte ho company ke honey's jar pe woh eatable hota per not for applied eye.
eyes k layi aalag se honey milta hain..
lakin i dont katina reliable hota hain PER mujhay yaad hain when i was child aik bar meri eye kharab ho ghi thi aur SAWAt se specially eyes ke layi
honey mangwana para tha .. swat main pure honey milta hain.
