Hey’all
i just wanted to share two things with everyone that have done wonders for me since I started doing them a month ago..
-
a tsp raw honey and a few drops of lemon in lukewarm water first thing in the morning everyday. Not only has this made my complexion GLOW, my skin looks visibly clearer and blemish free.
-
mix equal parts olive oil, coconut oil and castor oil in a bottle and shake well. Apply this oil slightly warmed up and massage. Shampoo after an hour and rinse you hair with a cap of Apple cider vinegar in a mug full of water in the end. You will have a noticeable change in the texture of your hair. Lots of luster and shine!
Xoxo
Re: Tips for all brides (and non brides)
will try it soon. hopefully it will work. I have once tries castor oil as someone recommended that it helps to grow new hair. problem with it was it made my hair too greasy and didnt remove at all even after applying shampoo thrice.Does this mixture remove easily?
Re: Tips for all brides (and non brides)
You shouldn’t use castor oil alone, it’s too thick. I have been using it for about 2 years now together with coconut oil and it’s really good if you have a dry scalp. I do about 4 drops coconut oil to one drop of castor oil, mixed on the tip of my fingers and massaged directly on to the scalp. I concentrate on one part of my head at a time and then move on, applying more oil to my fingers first. You don’t want to get it all over your hair.
