We all have gone on diets to loose 5-10 pounds, cut down on deserts :(, avoided the food that we enjoy to shed. This 17 year old hero of the Pakistan team needs to gain weight: a prescription by the greatest left arm bowler in history.

Any suggestions for items he should add to his diet ?

My suggestions :

breakfast : Allo paratha + 6 fried eggs.

lunch : chicken biryani + karai chicken + rogni naan.

Dinner : seekh kubab & koftas

Intermittent Snacks : Donattos Pizza, Choclate cake, creme brulee, chocolate bars.

i think by weight he means nuscle not fat.
dude needs to do weight training and up his lean protein
there is more to it but that is one important aspect

yeah X2, I realize that, but I did include kebab for lots of protein to help build up muscle mass :)

and with that diet if cricket becomes too tough he can always revive the golden era of pakistani wrestling from the bholu pehalwan days :)
