im quite a paranoid person and i can go quite mad at times…its my perosnality/..at first when i found out, i was thrilled for like 10 seconds, and then i just cried and then i felt terrified, scared. i want to have a healthy pregnancy, and im scared of the god forbidmiscarying…
i read that the chances of that happening decrease dramatically after 12 weeks..i still have 8 more weeks to go…

Now, let me do the honors of being the first one to give you a tip and that tip is: RELAX and CALM DOWN. Just enjoy these moments and if you must think about it, then think positively and hope and pray for the best. Do some breathing exercises to get your mind off of all those silly thoughts. Nothing bad will happen INSHALLAH.
