I need to learn some tips and tricks for chumcha geeree(buttering/flattery) .
I lack this trick grossly and I am loosing big time. I realized recently that this is a very valuable soft skill needed dearly to succeed in corporate world.

dude, you can go up the ladder without kissing a*s. I did it.

cannot be doing, yeah yeah all the time seriously..it's demeaning.
