I tip those who really need/ deserve it, not those who have taken advantage of the fact that i wish to look nice, cant do decent make up myself, and fear the fact that if i paid any less then there’s a chance i’d look like a 50-50.

That’s pretty harsh.

MUA’s have ridiculous overhead expenses…the costs is all those products and tools is insane…it’s not as if the $50-$75 I’m paying for party makeup is going straight into the MUA’s pocket for a new pair of shoes…just like any service provider the amount that trickles into their actual hands in less than half of that I’m sure.

I tip for any beauty/personal service I get done…hair, makeup, mani/pedi, facial etc…
