Umm in Canada you have to buy $40 worth of MAC products to get the makeup done at their counter

$50 actually. But the money is going to MAC, not the makeup artist. Granted they probably get a commission but its probably not much and I’ve heard a lot of people actually return the make up after so essentially the artist worked for free .
