Tip of the week : Decorating your coffee barista style !

Freeze whipped cream, then use cookie cutters to form shapes and use them in the coffee for professional barrista style coffee decoration.

I have tried this at home and it works wonders for me.

Particularly, in times when guests arrive unexpectedly and I dont have the time to do the decorations. Frozen Whipped cream saves the day for me. Though its not frothy as the fresh one, but does the magic ..

After you have cut it into shapes , if you immediately make designs using chocolate and put it back in the freezer . Then take it out after a few minutes after the chocolate has frozen and use it on a tea or any other drink, it will make a super awesome design ..
