Have you ever delivered a delivery guy before? Simply call the cops on him if he bugs you, they'll take care of his departure

I will give you a better suggestion, if you are too drunk to drive. Take assistance of a cop, he will give you a free ride to the nearest police station, no q's asked they will give you vip treatment which you will remember for the rest of your life, probably take points off your license or convescate. You wont even get a hang over.
