Tip of the day!

Everyday we’ll share some beauty tips in this thread. Anyone can post a tip.

Here’s the first one:

Exfoliating skin with a lemon cut in half dipped in sugar. Lemon helps in lightening and the sugar removes dead skin!

Re: Tip of the day!

Yoghurt 2 tsp mixed with 3 drops of white vinegar and applied to the face for 10 minutes gives instant glow and softens & lightens the skin !

Re: Tip of the day!

Have you ever tried an aspirin facial?

  • Four or five aspirin pills. They must be uncoated, plain aspirin; Advil, Aleve, Tylenol, and the like won't work.
  • A tablespoon or two of lukewarm water
  • Honey or plain yogurt (optional)

Mix the aspirin with just enough water to make a paste. If you want a thicker mask, add a dollop of honey; if you prefer a more soothing mask, some plain yogurt can do the trick. Apply the mask in a thin layer on your face, then allow it to dry. Remove it by rubbing in gentle circular motions.

[Taken from a website. But I saw it on youtube and have personally used it. It works great to reduce redness and clears complexion as it exfoliates the skin]

Yes, my grandma uses it
