This summer, I learnt an awesome tip for making Nihari. Thought I’d share. My aunt showed me a kind of masala. It’s like a big star shaped crusty shell and brown in colour. It smells a bit like saunf. You can find it at pakistani/indian stores.
Adding that to the nihari gives the nihari a brilliant smell. The typical strong saunf type nihari smell.
I have forgotten the name but if I find out I’ll let y’all know.
Nihaaaari....hummm. umm umm umm. Yammmyyy.
What the heck is that star? never seen it before. Ye samandar ki pedayesh hai ya key khushki ki? Yaar urdu may kia boltey hain? Haat lagane say Kaat ti to nahi?
^ That’s true... sometimes us guys are busy showing girls that we are macho man and these muscles can protect them. But most of the time we fail to notice that if girls need protection they would hire a security guard. They need comfort and attention and a person to share their emotions with.
If a guy is washing dishes, cutting veggies or doing any housework for a girl doesn’t mean that he is not man enough. That means that he doesn’t have to prove that he is THE MAN. It’s the sense of shearing workload and maybe seeking an beautiful opportunity to have some words with each other during that time.
Trust me, to a girl; moving a fridge will not be that impressive then washing your own plate.
How do I know that? Because I know that most of the girls are not superficial, its us who fail to notice this in them.
