I found out a trick for a flat tummy
you simply have to stop drinking water during and after meals.
agar peena hai toh khaaney se at least 1 hr pehle pee lain
someone had told this to me loong back but I could NEVER do it & thought it was aise he
but the past few days I haven’t been drinking water near food & amazingly it has worked
I also have this bad habit of drinking water before meal and in between meals:bummer: I want to get rid of this habit ..will sure start working on it soon.
Taking water during or right after the meal disturbs digestion due to which we feel a kind of unpleasent bulk in the tummy (you wont feel bulk if you're used to) moreover taking water regularly (right after the meal) hampers the acidic nature of HCL upto some extent. This is the first advise been given to the people looking to lose weight.
^ So that you may not end up eating more than just enough. Water before meals fill your tummy by a proportion and you wont eat more than what your body needs. Water, if taken properly, do wonders.
