pinched ulna nerve? :hmmm: If it’s persistent go to the doc.

I read about this in a magazine. Apparently there's a nerve running around your elbow down to your hand. The most likely cause is an injury to the nerve or might be due to inflammation of the outside elbow bone. Your GP can treat you or refer you to a bone specialist.

Yes MamaKD... it's called the ulna nerve.... ;)

Have you slept on your arm, or kept your arms extended for long periods of time (like decorating etc)?? Could be due to that.... should go away within a few days, otherwise go to your GP.
